  • I am a new customer. Why should I register?

When you register your new account, it makes shopping with us easier. All your details will be safely stored, so you won’t have to spend time re-entering the information when you shop with us the next time.

 

  • Can you deliver to an address other than my billing address?

Yes, you can enter a different shipping address on the checkout page. Simply select "Ship to different address" under Billing Information and enter the shipping address in the required fields under the Shipping Information. 

 

  • Can you deliver overseas?

Overseas orders will be handled separately. Kindly email us at sales@thelootmarket.com for further enquires.

 

  • Can I track my order?

We do not have an automatic tracking system on our website at this moment. However, once we have sent out your order, we will manually input the tracking number for your kind reference. If you have any issues finding the tracking number, please email us at admin@thelootmarket.com and we will be able to forward tracking details and numbers to you.

 

  • My order has arrived broken or damaged. What should I do?

We take extremely good care when packing items to avoid damage on their way to you. However, very occasionally breakages do occur while an order is in transit. Please contact us and we’ll advise you accordingly. You may also find more information under “Exchange & Refund” page.

 

  • Can I change my order?

If you’ve just placed an order and you’ve made a mistake or need to amend your order, don’t worry. Just email us or call us at (+65) 8569-5497 immediately as we’re usually pretty quick at getting orders in the post. If you catch us before your order’s been dispatched, we will try our best to amend it for you. If your order has already been dispatched, we hope to get your kind understanding that there is little we can do already.

 

  • Can I cancel my order?

We are sorry. No cancellation of orders is allowed.

 

  • I am a current K.Dots privilege customer. Do I enjoy my privilege discount at this website?

Yes. You just have to key in the special coupon code given to you.

 

  • I have a promo code, how can I redeem it when making a purchase?

If you have been provided a coupon code from The Loot Market, before attempting to use the code, please read the terms and conditions for that code, including the expiration dates, combinability rules, eligible products, etc.

Enter your promo code at the Discount Code field and click “Apply Coupon” in your shopping cart page before proceeding to checkout. If your discount is valid, it will be reflected in your order summary throughout the checkout process.

Kindly take note that we are unable to manually apply the voucher code to your order if you have missed entering it during checkout. Do ensure that you review your order to confirm that all information is correct before submitting your order.

 

  • Do you have a storefront where I can collect my items? Or can I opt for self-collection for my purchases?

We do not have any stores currently but we do allow customers to self-collect at these locations and timings:

-        Serangoon MRT Station 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm

-        Choa Chu Kang MRT Station 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm

 

  • I have signed up the newsletter but did not receive any mailers.

One of the most common reasons is that the mailer has landed in your junk/spam folder. You may wish to add marketing@thelootmarket.com to your address book to start receiving our newsletters. In addition, you can check if you have provided the correct email address.

 

  • How can I be notified of the latest arrivals and promotions?
