Exchange & Refund

  • Exchanges due to product defect may be requested within 15 days from the date of your order confirmation. Please note that this is NOT applicable for all earrings due to hygiene reasons.

  • Exchanges must be in brand new condition with any tags or packaging still intact.

  • If any repair is needed for any merchandise, do take a picture and send it to admin@thelootmarket.com, we will advise you on the next steps. Kindly note that our designers will always try their best to fix up the piece for you, but it is subject to the level of damage and raw materials needed. We would appreciate your patience.

  • We do not entertain any kind of refunds unless the item/s you ordered is/are out of stock.

  • If you feel that the products you have received are damaged in anyway, please drop us an email immediately at admin@thelootmarket.com and ensure that you return them to us unused within 15 days from the date of your order confirmation. We will work with you to replace your items as fast as we can. In the event that we are not able to replace the same product, we will exchange them for other items or repair. Please keep all the packaging materials and return the goods as they were sent to you.

  • Do include the following details when you send us an email:

- Your Order Number

- Matter of the issue (e.g. incorrect/missing/defective items)

- Pictures (if applicable)

 Note:

  •  Items returned to us that arrive damaged or lost will not be credited.
  • The delivery charge on the original order will not be refunded.
